Step 1: Colombian Farms
The perfect coffee starts before the actual bean, it begins on the farm. Through years of research, we’ve visited many coffee bean farms and tasted endless amounts of coffee. We wanted the right amount of balance between acidity and boldness. Once we found that perfect touch, we shipped them directly from the farm to our store! There is no middleman or third-party distributor.
Did you know the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia is an organization that ensures that every coffee bean exported from Colombia is top-of-the-line? Our coffee beans pass the test, so rest assured our green coffee is nothing but the best.
Step 2: Roast
We have a roaster right in our store! Stop by to check it out.
We roast, grind, and package our own beans inside our store. Through many trials-and-errors, we feel confident that we’ve perfected our formula.
Did you know that Dark Roast does not have more caffeine than Light Roast? It’s a common misconception that Dark Roast beans are stronger, but Light Roast beans actually have more caffeine. Due to less heat, Light Roast beans contain more of their caffeine.
Want that bold flavor from a Dark Roast? Don’t worry! We’ve got you covered. Our Dark Roast roasting time is measured to the seconds to find that perfect flavor while still containing the authentic coffee bean taste. Most other Dark Roasts are burnt or unsatisfying, but not ours. Ours is the freshest, because it’s roasted at our store!
